Try before you buy

The free version includes the whole journal, so you can check it fits you before paying for Pro.

If Pro did not turn on

If the payment went through but Pro did not turn on within an hour, write to xxeleor@gmail.com with the order number. We will turn Pro on by hand or, if that is not possible, refund the payment.

If you sent less or more

An underpayment shows as «partially paid»: write to us and we will credit the matching period or help you pay the rest. An overpayment is refunded on request, minus the network fee.

Refunds

Crypto payments cannot be reversed by the network, so a refund is a separate transfer to an address you give, in the same coin and network, minus the network fee. The paid Pro period is turned off after a refund.
